In “The Battle Against The Clock | Chris Joslin, Felipe Gustavo & Alexis Ramirez | Skateboarding VID Doc” our film crews follow Joslin, Felipe & Alexis around and record all that went into shooting a full video part in one day. This was not just a test of skill but endurance and strategy as well. It was not only physical but mental. On March 23, 2025, each skater was given their own set of two filmers and a photographer, from there, they chose where they thought they could shoot their video part and be most productive. Chris chose the Inland Empire, Felipe chose Los Angeles and Alexis chose San Diego. Their goal was to film as much as they could in 24 hours. Along the way, we were faced with many of the challenges that skaters face daily, such as; security guards, skate-stopper knobs, broken boards, fatigue, injuries…and even parenting struggles lol. We want to give a huge shoutout and thank you to not only the skaters, but the film and photography crews as well who believed in this wild idea.
