Pushing Myanmar - Yangon’s First International SkateparkPushing Myanmar is the story of how Yangon’s first international standard skatepark came to be and the impact it’s had on the growing skateboard community there. Touching on the history of our first two films, Altered Focus: Burma and Youth of Yangon, it continues with some of the same characters from back in 2009. We’ve seen the scene grow from literally 5 skateboarders to close to a 100 or more in such a short time. The park has put Myanmar on the map in the skateboard world, with many pros and teams visiting since it was constructed. The park was made possible through a crowd funding campaign by Make Life Skate Life which raised over $20,000 to make it possible. Music by: U Tin, Sam Dees and Alex Ebert.
