HUF x Slam City SkatesSupporting each other since 2007, HUF links with its’ first UK stockist Slam City Skates, for a limited collaboration consisting of a shoe, tee, cap and socks. Without sacrificing great skate performance, and a clean, classic aesthetic in mind, the Soto became the shoe model of choice to canvas the collaborative staple piece within the capsule. It fit the bill perfectly as a supportive cupsole shoe that not only possesses the board feel of a Vulc, but also the effortless sportswear styling originally envisioned. For a premium upgrade, black faux leather is added to the Soto tongue, heel tab and ‘H’ logo, while perforated suede replaces the typical canvas panels. Custom branding featuring London's most famous timepiece, Big Ben, is further debossed in gold on the tongue, heel tab and insole, additionally appearing throughout the rest of the capsule.
