Over the last decade, Jerry has been creating skatespots throughout the 5 boroughs, pouring concrete in the middle of the night and tinkering with obstacles – all on his own dime. Many of his spots have come and gone, but some of his most recognized work, like the BQE, still remains standing and is famous among skateboarders throughout the world. While these days he has been spending more of his time actually riding his skateboard, he assured us that he would not be slowing down modifying spots anytime soon. Continuing our Locals series, we drove around and took a DIY spot tour of NYC with him and documented his story with support of Levi’s Skateboarding.
