Oscar Loreto Jr. Rises to the Occasion in Part 2 of Rise Above This week's Rise Above continues our feature on Oscar Loreto Jr. Born with a congenital birth defect that hindered the development of his left foot and both hands. Oscar began skateboarding to prove to himself and others that he would persevere and rise above his challenge.
