Prevent Skateboarding Injury (5 Warm Up Exercises)This week I asked Jonathan Bastian, a competition skater from Houston Texas, to demonstrate some of the warm up exercises that he uses to prepare for skate sessions. The goal being to reduce the likelihood of injury by preparing the body to be ready for the energy and impact of skate tricks. We filmed this at Alief Skate Park.
