State Shoes’ goal is to sell classic silhouettes at prices every skateboarder can afford. The Salem, on its own, is an amazing shoe. It’s a classic high top with reinforced panels, raised foxing tape, a vulcanized sole, added toe and heel grip, and minimal branding. TKF’s signature attention to detail and collage show up on the insole and in the form of a woven label on the tongue. This shoe offers ankle support, protection and skate durability in the form of raised foxing tape, an ollie bumper, and a reinforced heel cup.
