slice life: selfie 24Episode 24 starts off with Kurt at Cypress mountain with a textbook backflip. The 2016/17 season lasted well into April, there was so much snow. Adrian's Bday was spent with the homies at Guildford park and he gets his birthday clip. Ambleside park is always packed in the spring. Kamil and I catch up with Chad Dixon and get to meet his family. Nick and I are on a tear to photograph and film everything so Cam comes through in the streets of Burnaby. Trevor gets his ill flow on at Lonsdale park. Kurt, Shayne and I spend my birthday at Squamish park in the beautiful sun. Aaron hosts me on CiTR 101.9FM and we get to talk Hip Hop and Film. Acton, ON has one of the best parks I've ever been to and so does Guelph. Caleb shows me how much of a training ground it is. Milton park is amazing too. Ontario has caught up with BC and there are new parks everywhere. I get a chance to film with some locals at the new Gatineau park and Max helps me get some clips. Jonatan lands a quick nose grind before a huge summer storm. Back in BC Nick shows us his knee injury is not going to hold him back. Matthew cruses Ambleside with style. Shayne boosts a kick flip at UBC and gets another photo with Nick. The homie Albert comes through. Nick and I continue the session at the best ledge in the city only to drain every camera and speaker battery filming. Then I get a photo of the crook. Trevor and I enjoy another summer day at the beach and Andy Anderson shows us what's up. Shayne gets tech at Terry Fox. Cam, Shayne, Nick and I road trip to Squamish to hit up the park, the bowl and some street. The Acura dies in the heat and Kurt rescues the homies. I finally get session in with Ryan at Bonsor. Shayne gets his kick nose mani three shove on. Then a street sesh on the Royal Oak bank. Emily Carr's new campus is a skatetopia, I can't resist and get a line as security is walking up. Shayne heel flips the flat
