Land of Skate - Meet AhmedChildren and youth in countries caught up by conflict and inequality are being empowered through skateboarding and Skateistan as shown in the documentary, Land of Skate. Ahmed lives in an orphanage close to the Skate School in Mazar-e-Sharif. He was first introduced to skateboarding when Noorzai, a Skateistan Educator, was visiting the orphanage with skateboards. United with others through the shared love of sport, Ahmed has become part of a supportive community.
