Nyjah Huston, skating at the event for the first time in 2016, put on a technical masterclass over the two-lane course. He'll take the trophy and a clean $35,000 back to California for his efforts. Last year's defending champ, Curren Caples, flew through the course on pace for his second-place finish, and the Belgian blur Axel Cruysberghs came in third.
