The "Ambleside Skatepark Project" has finally started construction on the new park and though we couldn't be more grateful, we're still sad to see our childhood playground go. At one point this baby was what the downtown skate plaza is now for Vancouver: a hub where talent grows and shines. But the glory days are over and it's time for a new chapter. As a going away party, we gathered the locals over the last 10 years together, and had a chillin session. Nothing too heavy really, just what we always did after school, after work, and after whatever else. Although the session was cut short due to rain, we managed to capture the essence of our park. Thank you to everyone that donated towards the project and worked to make this happen. Enjoy the edit and see y'all at the new park opening this February/March.
