Skateboarders don’t often move to the dead center of the U.S.A. from one of the edges. Preston Harper was living in Arizona with the convenience of more local skateparks than you can shake a stick at, not to mention a five-hour drive to the beaches of southern California. Nevertheless, he moved to St. Louis, Missouri in the dead of a sticky sweaty summer, and he isn’t one bit bummed about that decision.
