This was the 5th annual Mid 90s Slappy Contest, held May 17th, 2015 at the Fell St. DMV in San Francisco. The big winner was Luis Arnold, and honerable mention went to slappy veteran and past champion Matt Guevara. The Andy Glagola award went to none other then Andy Glagola himself. In the end, the cops didnt hassle and everyone had a great time. Special thanks the Lowcard, Blood Wizard, Converse Cons, Paradise, Folk, Hustle, FTC, Lost Redwoods, Snack, and everyone who came.
