Jordan Hoffart lives in a 1953 rancho style house out in Vista, California and has been working on transforming it into a one of a kind place to hang his hat after a long session. With a year of work under his belt, Hoffart has transformed his three-tiered property into a mini skate park with a backyard bowl and a other miniature obstacles out front.
