I hope this helps anyone who is having trouble with it. One thing I want to stress is that once you get the hang of flipping double flips, it will make the flip trick look better if you get used to doing the trick without pulling your foot back so much. But for learning, pulling your foot back definitely helps out a lot. The further you pull your foot back the more rocket-esque your flip will be. So after you learn it, make leveling it out your next step and moving your foot back up will help you with that. Hope that makes sense to you guys!
