Street League 2012: Penn Valley Plaza Ribbon Cutting The Ribbon cutting ceremony for the re vamped Penn Valley skatepark in Kansas City. This park was redesigned and expanded by California Skateparks using course features from the Kansas City stop of Street League 2011. Street League goes LIVE on ESPN2 May 19th at 6PM EST.
