HOW ED TEMPLETON DOMINATED 1990-93
HOW ED TEMPLETON DOMINATED 1990-93from 1990 TO 1993, Ed Templeton's street skating innovation, contest performances, and video parts were some of the most prolific in skateboarding. In the mid to late 80's, learning to skate in his Huntington Beach neighborhood, he learned to skate with Jason Lee and was heavily influenced by The Gonz and Don Brown. He skated in local CASL events entering slalom, freestyle, ramp and eventually, street. His well rounded background prepared him for the upcoming tech revolution which he helped lead, bringing various freestyle tricks to the street such as the ollie impossible, 360 flip and various 1 footed ollie variations, and cementing his legacy as one of street skating's founding fathers.
