Pin Drop - The Copley Barrier with Jerry Fowler & FriendsCopley Square has been a homebase for Boston skateboarders for over 30 years, with most of the action going down at the Library or fountain. Just to the side of the Library sits a painted yellow sloping concrete barrier with a super unique shape that seems to be highly skateable, the only catch is that it's an entrance to the Mass Pike Interstate and at the intersection of 5 streets in the heart of the city. Navigating the surrounding environment of the spot is as much of a challenge as it is actually skating it! Over his 20 year career as a pro skater Orchard team rider Jerry Fowler seemed to have at least a trick or two on it in almost every part, some locals even coined the spot "The Jerrier" because of his proficiency in finding new ways to skate it.
