Jon Nguyen: Behind The CoverWith only one day to skate in Portland, Jon Nguyen knew he needed to get a cover photo for the digital cover, which normally wouldn’t have been so difficult, but it ended up being almost 100 degrees that day. To really make it tough, we took him to a giant chunk of ledge that wasn’t waxed very well. We know he likes a good challenge, (side note: he does not like a good challenge. Jon would much rather sit in the pool and sip on slushies.) so we didn’t care much. After about 30 melting minutes of battling, Jon rolled away from a hefty front blunt and we all had slushies in the pool. Enjoy the battle.
