Route One - Gran CanariaDuring the midst of November, right in the thick of bleak, grey and wet winter predicted forecasts, we jetted off along with Sidewalk magazine, to the sunny Spanish island of Gran Canaria. Armed with no sun block, badly packed luggage, an array of joggers and pockets full of beer tokens we headed off on our escapade to make the most of the rare opportunity of being sun burned through winter.
