Dirt's Ramp
Fed up with being sick and tired of not having anything besides a town full of indoor mini ramps to skate during the wet Northwest winters, Adam Soles aka Dirt, took matters into in his own hands. He started constructing his vert ramp in the end of August and finished it single handedly in the third week of October. The ramp weighs in at 25 feet wide, and has 8 foot walls with about 8 inches of vert and while we are crunching numbers, Dirt was able to build the entire ramp for just under 300 bucks. With the completion of the ramp, Dirt's 151 Team Manager, Max, felt it would only be right if they threw a party to break her in. Thanks to everyone who made out to support 151 Skateboards, Schroeder Bomb, Riot Squad, Barbarian and RKC and keep your eyes peeled for more of these ramp shindigs in the near future, as it might be your only shot at skating the thing. This is a private ramp in a undisclosed location of Portland. filmed by: Elias Parise lowcardmag.com
