Building a Skateistan Park in Cambodia On October 1st, 2012, Skateistan opened its first facility in Cambodia to Khmer youth in the capital city, Phnom Penh. This short video shows the hard work and energy that went into building the first Skateistan park in Cambodia. Since the opening ceremony in late September, we've already had hundreds of children from partner NGOs and local neighborhoods making good use of the facility and our programming.
