The Day the Pipe Moved!
Rate it:
A little over a year ago The Pipe, a legendary skateboard spot in Montreal, Canada, was moved 100 feet from its original location to make room for the expansion of the soccer stadium next to it. Due to the collapse of a underground parking next to the new resting place of the pipe, it has been unskateable since the big move. Hopefully things will be back to normal next spring! Here are 2 timelapses and photos of the big move, with some hi-8 skateboard footy shot in the late 1990's of Marco Lafontaine and Marc Tison.Cast: Daniel MathieuTags: exposé skateboard magazine, montreal, pipe, big-o, marc tison, marco lafontaine, daniel mathieu photographie and timelapse
