How to tape your own knee
How to tape your own kneePerfect for skaters and surfers, but also most athletes A great way of taping up you’re knee with Rocktape Kinesiology tape. This is great for most athletic performance and injury recovery. I use this taking a lot with the surfers and skaters that I work with. This is a little more biased toward medial knee support or an MCL injury. Although you can use this technique without the extra strip on the inside of your knee also, which is ideal for general knee pain, Minor ACL injury or recovery and may even help with any meniscus or patella tendon issues. Everyone is wired slightly differently so don’t be afraid to play with stretch and application to see what better suits your needs. Sometimes trial and error will lead you to what is right for you.
